Bevel

Vast, and brief this lifelong flicker,
Flick of dust abiding, finding thus an edge
To dredge soft meaning, pleasing, feast on
Tremors, salt, and spawn. To cry aloud
About excelling ardor ought, a maggot ground
Beside bedchamber, bought and brought for
Strength, asunder rent a flowerbed to molt
As goosedown space, Aurora splayed a-kilter
Prince ne'er finding, fain in tower cellar doomed
To pray, and play lute, lilting sorrows dream, and
Beam of moon-ray grasp to climb aside, outside
As lilacs bloom in dew again.
